The Customer Service Representative position in an airline has several duties depending on the Airline/Airport and although the most common duties are being the focal point of passengers and people purchasing a ticket from the Airline, the job description could go as far as customer pick up, Lost& Found, Interpreter, Baggage claims, Check In, etc.

The course covers all these scenarios and more in order to have you ready for your job from day one.

A private tutor will be assigned to you in order to assist you with the course completion and any questions you could have about the course.

The average completion time for this course is six weeks and the maximum allowed time is one year but you can request an extra year extension based on personal reasons.
