The Culinary Training for Cabin Crew in corporate Jets is a course designed to prepare our students for the limited cooking facilities in a corporate jet. Some private jets just have a microwave area and food should be prepared or heated there. Some companies have their own catering service and makes the Flight Attendant's life much easier but this course will make you shine above others with great dishes from different parts of the world that can be prepared in a short time and that will keep your employees happy.
The course covers the main elements of the process including dishes for certain cultures and dishes to be avoided (condiments) for clients from cultures that might get offended or will result in your dismissal from the company (and it is not just serving pork, seafood will be grounds for dismissal too with other cultures but we will teach you all that).
A private tutor will be assigned to you in order to assist you with the course completion and any questions you could have about the course.
The average completion time for this course is 4 weeks and the maximum allowed time is one year but you can request an extra year extension based on personal reasons.
