I am 5.2 in height, could I be considered?

5.2 feet is still ok for several airlines. In private jet companies there is seldom a height requirement do not give up your dream.

Is IACTA the same as IATA?

IACTA means International Airline Crew Training Academy (an aviation school) and IATA is the International Air Transport Association (an Association) and our Certifications or Diplomas and their Certifications, Diplomas or licenses are not the same.

Will I get a job automatically with you when I finish the course?

We are not an Airline nor make any promises of inmediate hire after taking the course. We will assit you with your CV , Airline contacts to access to their job openings and will inform you of any job opportunities once we are notified.

Is your course the same as the one we get from the Airlines?

Most Airlines will train you after you are selected and get a contract with them so you can familiarize yourself with their airplane fleet and standard operating procedures.

Can I work anywhere in the world when I finish your course?

The Diplomas obtained when finishing any of our courses are meant to assist the student with more knowledge on the subjet of the course and can be included in their CV to assist in any way in getting a job at an Airline or a job promotion for those already working in this field but our Diploma is not an job offer nor meant to substitute any local or national certifications, licenses, visas, resident permits or work permits that might be needed in the area where the student or  former student wants to apply for a job. The Institute upon graduation will facilitate a list of contact numbers and will give access to the graduated students to the job openings database that we update once we are notified of any new jobs from Local and International Airlines.

I am a bit overweight, could I still work as ground staff or customer service positions.

Sure, you could, in most airlines there is no problem with some extra pounds for those positions.

There are several Airlines that will definitely consider you under that factor, the average "limit" is 57 years old.

Yes, when you go to the course link you can chose between one payment or in up to 6 payments.

I need to improve my English. Do you offer any class for that?

Yes, please see our courses link.

I would like to work in Latin America but my Spanish is a bit "Rusty" since I did not to practice for years. Do you also teach Spanish for Flight attendants?

Yes we do, the course is called Spanish for Cabin Crew

My dream has always been working for some Corporation in their jet(s) fleet as flight attendant. Is there a course for that kind of job?

Indeed there is, the course is called Corporate Jets Flight Attendant and we also have another module that complets the course called Culinary Training for Cabin Crew in Corporate Jets.

I have worked in other jobs and I find it very difficult when it comes to go to an interview and they ask me things like Where do I see myself in 5 years? Alternatively, what do I think that could be improved in their Company...? I have no clue about the possible answer and if they are "tricky questions". Can you also provide training for that or only the Diploma of Flight Attendant?

The Advanced Cabin Crew Certification offers that subject (very important) and it is also available as a separate course for those that are already working in another Company and want to change "wings" as Flight Attendant Interview Preparation.

I already took a course a few years ago and just want to prepare for the interview. Is it possible to take just that course?

Yes, it is possible to take that course separate although we encourage all our student to take the "Advanced Cabin Crew Certification", this includes the "Flight Attendant Interview Preparation Course" and is Internationally recognized by most Airline Human Resources Personnel that do the interviewing for the Airline job openings.

I just want to learn the basic concepts of the profession since I work in ticketing for an airline and would like to see if Cabin Crew is for me. Do you have an entry course or just the Cabin Crew Certification?

We have a course designed exactly for people like you, it is called Basic Cabin Crew Training, it still covers important subjects but we always encourage people to just go for the professional course (Advanced Cabin Crew Certification) because most of those that take the basic course end up taking the advanced course later and this incurs in paying more since the Basic Training is included in the Advanced Course.
